For better thermal insulation and for a long resistance of your pool, have introduced a revolutionary product: the honeycomb structure which together with the vinylester resins prevent the effects of osmosis. (Osmosis is deterioration of top gel coat of fibreglass when air or contaminated water seeps through the pool’s lining, causing the pool surface to develop blisters which later cause algae growth inside the pool if cracked.)

The pools are made of monobloc made of resin reinforced with fiberglass, under strict quality control, according to the most modern technologies and are equipped with an internal ladder.
1 – HONEYCOMB STRUCTURE (H)
According to scientific organizations, the main advantages of the H-type sandwich construction are:
- High rigidity combined with higher strength in relation to weight Better strength during loading, unloading and installation, as well as over time, depending on the specific characteristics of the soil – sand (beach areas), stony soil (mountain areas), or absorbent soil, for example clay in swampy areas …;
Sandwich structures are renowned for their use in specific applications, such as:
- smoother interior and exterior;
- better dimensional stability over time;
- high transport capacity;
- increased lifespan;
- crack resistance and crack / crack strength characteristics are better compared to solid laminates;
- excellent thermal and acoustic insulation;
- high rigidity in relation to weight;
- high tensile strength in relation to weight;
- high convection stiffness in relation to weight.
2 – CERAMIC STRUCTURE (C)
According to scientific organizations, the main advantages of CERAMICA construction (code C) are:
- High rigidity combined with higher strength in relation to weight Better strength during loading, unloading and installation, as well as in time, depending on the specific characteristics of soil – sand (beach areas), stony soil mountain areas), or absorbent soil, for example clay in swampy areas …;
Ceramic structures are famous for their use in specific applications, such as:
- smoother interior and exterior;
- better dimensional stability over time
- high transport capacity;
- increased lifespan;
- crack resistance and crack / crack strength characteristics are better compared to solid laminates;
- better wear resistance;
- high resistance to pool water and chemicals.
Another advantage is our 12 x 6 baking oven, where we treat the products at 70o C for 12 hours. In this way, osmosis will be eliminated and the polyester will receive a higher resistance.
